1. Unpacking and Reporting
Upon receiving your order, please inspect and unpack the product carefully. Any visible damages or defects should be documented with photos or videos during the unpacking process. This evidence will be required to process a return or refund request.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage or defect (photos or videos taken during unpacking) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are ineligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at shubraforeverfashion@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and evidence of any damage if applicable. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not returned in original condition or show signs of use, only partial refunds may be issued.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by providing unpacking documentation. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
